We accept Visa Cards, Mastercard and American Express credit cards (secured payment through our website) as well as Paypal payments and bank transfers.
Our company has a strict policy of not giving, sharing, selling or otherwise providing anyone with information regarding your order and credit card information.
We would of course take legal action with respect to any credit card fraud detected in any transaction.
No refund, even partial, to any client who voluntary discontinues a tour.
Cancellations must be made in writing and all vouchers and other items must be returned
to BEST OF FRANCE TOURS
Cancellation fees:
- less than 21 days before departure: 30% of tour price
- less than 7 days before departure: 50% of tour price
- less than 48 hours : 100% of tour price
All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.
We are not responsible for acts of God, acts of government, civil disturbances and strikes.
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
When your tour/transfer is scheduled at a specific departure time, please make sure to be at the lobby of your hotel (or at your private address) on time.
In the event of no-show without prior notice, our service will be charged in full.
Duration is indicated for each private tours : for example, when pick-up time is scheduled at 7:00 am for a 12-hour tour, return time will be around 7:00 pm. For any unexpected additional hour (due to waiting time, client not respecting our time schedule and time recommendations during our tours) the client will be charged 60 euros per additional hour.
Chauffeur driven tours include all taxes, insurance, gasoline, car maintenance, highway fees, parking fees, driver's salary and board.
Entrance fees and meals are not included in tours except when indicated.
Gratuities for driver-guide not included.
